INGREDIENTS

Wet Ingredients

  • cup warm milk
  • 4 tablespoons soft butter
  • 3 large eggs, beaten

Dry Ingredients

Note: all ingredients need to be at room temperature; dry whisk the flour before measuring and leveling off to aerate for true 1:1 use

  • 3 cups (16 ½ oz) Gluten-free flour (I use Premium Gold Gluten Free Organic Baking & Pizza All-Purpose Flour)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant rapid dry yeast
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all the wet ingredients
    • Cut up the butter and place with milk in a Pyrex measuring cup
    • Heat the milk and butter in the microwave for 1-minute to just warm
    • Pour the milk and butter in the baking pan
    • Beat eggs and pour into the pan
  2. Add the wet ingredients
    • Pour in the flour
    • Make a small indentation in the middle
    • Add the rapid instant yeast to the hole
    • Add sugar to the hole
    • Add salt to the corner of the pan away from the yeast
    • Select the baking course to Gluten-free and medium
    • Select Start
  3. Optionally, add nuts and seeds (the bread maker beeps when to add seeds for better distribution throughout the bread but you can add now if your prefer); I add:
    • Flax seeds
    • Pumpkin seeds
    • Sunflower seeds

Notes:

I could not find the exact flour to determine the number of calories per slice based on a 12-slice loaf. It is between 127 calories and 190. Sorry.
