Gluten-Free Bread Machine Bread
INGREDIENTS
Wet Ingredients
- cup warm milk
- 4 tablespoons soft butter
- 3 large eggs, beaten
Dry Ingredients
Note: all ingredients need to be at room temperature; dry whisk the flour before measuring and leveling off to aerate for true 1:1 use
- 3 cups (16 ½ oz) Gluten-free flour (I use Premium Gold Gluten Free Organic Baking & Pizza All-Purpose Flour)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant rapid dry yeast
- 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all the wet ingredients
- Cut up the butter and place with milk in a Pyrex measuring cup
- Heat the milk and butter in the microwave for 1-minute to just warm
- Pour the milk and butter in the baking pan
- Beat eggs and pour into the pan
- Add the wet ingredients
- Pour in the flour
- Make a small indentation in the middle
- Add the rapid instant yeast to the hole
- Add sugar to the hole
- Add salt to the corner of the pan away from the yeast
- Select the baking course to Gluten-free and medium
- Select Start
- Optionally, add nuts and seeds (the bread maker beeps when to add seeds for better distribution throughout the bread but you can add now if your prefer); I add:
- Flax seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Sunflower seeds
Notes:
I could not find the exact flour to determine the number of calories per slice based on a 12-slice loaf. It is between 127 calories and 190. Sorry.
